Entrepreneurs can clean up the environment if we would let them. Look at Fred Smith's Brilliant plan to challenge American Ingenuity paid off. Thus proving that Free Enterprise can solve the problems of the human race five times faster than any government intervention or regulation.

What we see is that anything is possible and with the right incentives it happens faster. In CA they tried the opposite approach mandating that manufacturers must produce X amount of electric hybrids, Fuel Cell Cars by a certain date.
